The machine uses a structure of three beams and four columns. It is suitable for pressing plastic materials, punching, forming and bending of metal sheet. It also can be used in calibration & pressing assemble, sand wheel forming, metal cold extrusion for forming and pressing process of metal, plastics and powder products etc.
The series of machines have an independent power mechanism and an electric control system. They are controlled centrally by buttons with two types of manual and semi-auto work modes for selection. The work pressure and the work speed can be adjusted to realize master cylinder quick down, work feed, increasing pressure and return etc. The series of machines have pressure display device and keeping time setting device etc. The machine work performance is stable and ever has been awarded as a high quality product in the Industry Minister.
